The Live Chat service is offered as another avenue for website visitors to get in touch with clients via the Apex Chat window on the client’s website. The script is provided by an Apex Chat representative and sent to the Development team for installation. Once installed, the Apex Chat window displays on every page of the website (overlapping the site content). Styling of the chat window may be slightly modified upon request, but this must be done through Apex Chat (rather than the Development team adding styling to the site).
